New Gen Final Forms are equal to each other, so unless those leaks about fusing with Ignis become true, than its 50/50 with maybe Z barely winning out thanks to him fully experiencing his own series. While Juda was winded after fighting only 3 and was quickly wiped by Cosmo Miracle Beam along with Mold. Ultra Dark Killer, New Gen Final forms are equal to the Ultra Brothers, and Dark Killer was relatively handling all of them, only being beaten with New Gen Dynamite. Maybe Grimdo considering we haven't seen Tartarus completely go all out yet. Grimdo fought all of the New Generation and completely destroyed them along with eventually overpowering Taro's giant barrier, along with powering up Tregear to around Taro level and giving him infinite lives.

Tartarus doesn't have many good feats right now apart from nearly wiping out 80, Neos, Seven 21, Justice Crusher Mode and Cosmos Future Mode, in a sneak attack and forcing Legend to come out after breaking Cosmos and Justice's barrier, testing out Joneus with only hand to hand (who might be equal to the Ultra Brothers), making Zero stay down even with a blue timer, and beating Ultimate Shining in a beam clash so hard that he got blasted out of the Narak, all while not at full power, aside from the first part. Genocidal maniac, Dark Titas and Ultrawoman Nagatoro power creep ftw.
